As i was passing through an intersection with a green light, a car on the adjacent street ran the red light and hit the passenger side of my car. I called the police & they refused to come to the scene due to the fact that there wasnt any injuries. I only have liability coverage & my insurance company isn't helping me prove that he is at fault. I don't know how i can prove that he ran the red light, if you have any ideas or you have been in a similar situation please help me out.Thanks.

The guy that hit me lied and said he has insurance and he really doesn't. So State Farm sent him a letter about other coverage. He has two weeks to respond. In the mean time I am stuck with this messed up car that gets rained into and my doors don't close properly on the passengers side. Will I have to pay my deductible? If so will I be reimbursed? Is it a good idea to go with the body shop recommended by the insurance company?

she was cooperative with the police and they let her go after the accident (her car was totaled). No one else was hurt.

Hi, I was a victim of a hit and run accident where the other guy sped off. I thought I had his complete licence plate number so I was not too concerned. it turns out I'm missing a digit AND I am not covered for the damage in this case. I was not injured so the police are making no effort to find out who this guy is. Does anyone know a way to do multiple reverse licence plate searches in the state of California? I'm pretty certain I'm missing the final number thus 10 searches should suffice.

was recently travelling home from a night out with my two mates in a taxi.

I was very drunk and started being abusive to the driver I admit that.

The driver asked me to leave several times and i refused, he then got out of the car and pulled me out by the hair.

My question is has he the right to forcibly eject me?

How would the police view this ?

Can I claim compensation of the cab firm?

it's just a change of address card ya get when ya move and dont want to get a whole new card , i got till may but i would like to take care of this now if i need a whole new lic, or ID but i'm thinking this address card from dmv will work but ya never know

I was hit by a guy running a red light and wasn't seriously injured but expect to be very sore for a couple of weeks. I am an actor and under contract to perform a live show, so taking time off is not an option- it would end my career in this town, so I have to work in pain. Also, I am unable to use painkillers or muscle relaxers due to a history with drug abuse, so the pain is full on. I don't feel the need to contact an attorney, but feel I should be compensated somewhat for this guy's negligence.

i have a total of 30 hdb carparks fines, originally the fines are at $30 each but now it has been escalated to $250 each? how long is the jail term if i cannot make the payment? pls advise

Hi.

Regardless of how you may feel about my driving in the past, I need to know for how long an endorsement on your license must be reported to your insurer.

I have 9 speeding points now 3 years old ( come of license in 1 year)

And 2 drink drive convictions now 5 years old ( come of license in 6 years)

By law, am I still required to tell my insurance company about this?

i cant register a vehicle in saskatchewan and my licence have been revoked.I am wondering if anyone knows if I could go to Alberta and get a drivers licence out there.So if you could help me out with this question it would be greatly appreciated.I got my licence revoked over 10 years ago i got into an accident when i was 18 now i am 34 and the debt has never gone away i didnt have the means to pay it.could I claim bankruptcy on this debt?

I bought this truck a month ago from a private party. here in california and I live in california. I've all ready had the registration changed into my name and insurance and everything, The licence plates aren't looking good.. paint is coming off of them and they are hard to read.. about how much does it cost to get replacement licence plates? (My registration is all paid up and current until next June)

I posted question earlier and got some advice. Thanks.

I called and talked to my credit card company and found out that they do have Collision only coverage on rental car thru my credit card.

Now, I am debating myself if this coverage is enough and no need to get additional insurance from the rental car place.

I am a safe driver and will be in rural place. I hate to put so much money charged into my account.

What do you think?
