Hi.
Regardless of how you may feel about my driving in the past, I need to know for how long an endorsement on your license must be reported to your insurer.
I have 9 speeding points now 3 years old ( come of license in 1 year)
And 2 drink drive convictions now 5 years old ( come of license in 6 years)
By law, am I still required to tell my insurance company about this?

It has always been my understanding that after 3 years speeding points don't count on your insurance, and after 5 years nor do drunk-in-charge endorsements.
I'm at that point now and just wonder if it is true.
Thanks in advance.
