Car park offences?
i have a total of 30 hdb carparks fines, originally the fines are at $30 each but now it has been escalated to $250 each? how long is the jail term if i cannot make the payment? pls advise

You better treat these summons asap, pay or attend court as required by the summon letters, the longer you drag, that shows you are IGNORING the law, you don't want to be under arrest for such things right?

probably between 90 & 180 days in jail but I'm not the judge because if I was it would be 3 years no parole

ask the police.. if you do not have the $ to pay carpark fines..but you have the $ to own a car..it doesn't make sense.
Beside it is cheaper if you buy the parking coupons
