Hi, I was a victim of a hit and run accident where the other guy sped off. I thought I had his complete licence plate number so I was not too concerned. it turns out I'm missing a digit AND I am not covered for the damage in this case. I was not injured so the police are making no effort to find out who this guy is. Does anyone know a way to do multiple reverse licence plate searches in the state of California? I'm pretty certain I'm missing the final number thus 10 searches should suffice.

thanks!

Make a claim out of uninsured motorist from your insurance. Good luck.

well if you have a partial license plate # couldn't you give them a description of the vehicle and cross reference that with vehicle registrations.
