hypothetical, if a person has a valid drivers lisence in one state and goes to another state say alaska applies for a lisence is it illegal to have two licences

yes it is illegal...but you can't really have 2 licenses b/c the state that you move to will take your other license so you can't have 2....

no it is not, and the state you are applying to probably has no link to the state that your original liscense is in. On the run?

yes....they won't allow u to hold two state licenses at a time..

yeah they make you give them the other one. but you can apply for a temporary one.
