My car is insured with 21st Insurance Company and they are changing my terms in the middle of the contract, without reason or prior notification.
Their phone numbers, web page, and chat have all been of no use to settle this.

hi,folks. i have just gained my 1st driving license two months ago. however, because of a old convict, i was recently being sentenced to get 6 points on my driving license. my solicitor told me i may or may not get a letter says my driving license will be revoked. and i am still qualified to drive the car till i receive the letter.

I received the letter today from DVLA. i expected to received that letter. surprisingly, i received my driving license with 6 points off but no such letter.

I totally confused about that. is that mean my driving license are still qualify? or, something else?

My friend hit a parked car. Their car only has damaged bumper, but we were told that it costs $480 to fix. Should we pay them the money or go through insurance? He also drove about another few yards before he was stopped by their neighbor, does this make matters worse? If he pays the $480, what's the down side?

I got into a minor fender bender with another car and they are choosing to pursue insurance means to fix their rear bumper. However, my car has no needed damage repair, so do I still need to make a claim, or will their insurance company basically contact mine and do it for me? I just want to make sure my rates don't go up and I know the more claims you have the more it goes up. Thanks

I was in a nasty accident a few years back, I even made the front page of the newspaper here, and since then I am scared of driving esp, in the day. I bought a car which I am going to practice driving with a licenced driver until I get my driving confidence back...I cant get over this fear and it was like 4 years ago I was in the accident.
I am serious!!!!
I cant just stay in the house all the time, like I do now.

How is it that she just received notice of the suspension and why would the officer not tell her of this if it has been suspended for 2 months? We live in WA.

I’m shopping around for car insurance right now and I wanted to know if I should reveal that I had an accident about 3-4 years ago. The accident was my fault but no police report was made. The police was called to the scene but he said that a police report was not necessary because no one was injured. He gave me and the other driver a form and told us to send it into our insurance companies. I was driving my dad’s car and his insurance company handled the claim, I guess. We never heard anything about it again after I sent in that form. Note: I was not included on my dad’s insurance policy. I have never owned a car or bought insurance under my name. This will be the very first time. So should I even mention this accident?

Rearender Law? If someone pulls directly in front of you and hits their brakes and you hit them because you didnt have time to stop that quick. Whose fault is it? I hear that its always the rearenders fault but how could you be expected to stop if they pull in front of you and hit their brakes. Whose insurance should pay for the damages? And who gets the ticket from the cops?

My friend was driving my car and rear ended someone when I was in the passenger seat. It wasn't really his fault, I might have not been able to stop in time either but should I make him help me pay for my damages? Please help.

Parked my car last night outside friends house between two parked cars. Was a tight space but was a good bit of parking. I nudged the car behind at 0.001 mph, literally a light nudge. Neighbhour comes out saying i had 'hit' her car . I said i didnt 'hit' it but only slightly nudged it. She said 'oh it happens down this road all the 'time' I said sorry anyway.

this morning note on my car from neighbour asking for my insurance details. There is no damage, no mark, no scratch, no dent, no paint scuff - nothing at all. Not sure what this woman is going to claim for. If there is no damage do i have to give insurance details?

A mouse got into my engine of my 04 Corvette, and ate away the insulation lining under the hood of the car. I call the insurance company and they say I am covered under my comprehensive to replace the insulator and to check for any other damage done by the mice; like chewing the wires, etc. Well, these mice stuffed this insulation into the air vents of the alternator, and may well have been inside it too, while building this nest. The insurance claims man says they will take care of the insulator and also any chewed up wiring, but they won't pay to get my alternator cleaned out. The key word is "clean". He says it's a simple clean; I say it is a "repair", as the mice may have damaged the alternator by filling it with their nest. The dealer says they have to take the alternator off and dissassemble it to see if it is damaged and to clean it too, but this will cost a LOT. Should the ins co. be paying for this or not?

I live in Ohio. My cousin just got in an accident that wasn't his fault. The thing I'm worried about is that there is no insurance on the car. The car is totalled. I was wondering if there would be any compensation that will allow us to get another car and other expenses? What usually happen in this type of situation?

I'm trying to find out whether a person who owns a trailer home in Michigan would be listed as a homeowner for the purpose of property reports. Also, how often do you need to get license plate stickers for your vehicle (every year or every two years?), and how and where are they displayed. I'm trying to find out whether someone is telling the truth or lying about owning property (real estate and vehicle).
