Trying to get my car registered in NM, and they MVD needs TWO VIN numbers. One is on the windshield, where is other one? I don't have a metal tag on inside of door, not in glove box, trunk, or under the hood..Help! Thanks

Every vehicle has one VIN. Usually the VIN is in several locations, but they are all the same. Look on both the door and the door post, also check the back doors and post if it's a 4 door. But as I said, it will be the same number. It also should be listed on your title, and on your registration from the previous state.

If there is none on the inside of the door you may want to see if the engine has a Vin number somewhere on it.
