I have purchased 2 autos from a former employer. I have reciept to show to that effect, but this is the problem- my boss, the owner passed away, the family and us past & present employes are still grief stricken; it's been about 2 months now; any way- is there any way to obtain a title for these autos, without having the family the burden of tring to find them. They have been looking, to no avail, and they really don't need to be burdened with this. Are there papers I can get from court house, affidavits, etc. Any info recieved is greatly appreciated. Thank You. Oh, this is in the state of Texas

I have a brand new 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Just this week, when my car sits for about 4 hours, I start it up and there is a horrible loud squealing noise from the front right of the car. It lasts about 3 to 5 seconds and is gone. If I start my car after a couple minutes or while the engine is still warm, there is no sound. There are no other problems besides that. It doesn't sound like a fan belt squeal. It almost sounds like there is something getting caught in the fan and shredded up while it's squealing. I have only had the car for a month. I knew I shouldn't have gotten rid of my Toyota Corolla!!!

Any ideas??? Of course if I take it to the dealer, the noise won't happen unless it sits for hours. I just need something to get me started to figure out what is wrong...

Ok, i've been driving since I was 17 and am now 30. I've always been insured on a car that I owned and I have always been the main driver. 4 Years ago I put my husband on the insurance. We were insured for 2 years on 2 different cars until 18 months ago I got a loan car from work. I have since handed it back (2 weeks before it went back some bugger hit me). When I've gone to insure my new car (owned by me, me main driver, his named), I HAD NEVER CLAIMED AND YET they tell me I only have 4 yrs no claims??? Is there any way I can get that back? And why is it that when I had the one claim (I was talking about earlier) when some bloody unknown smacked my car, (I have no claims pretection), my premiums still go up??

I bought a car last night in TX. The old car I traded in only had liability insurance. But I need to get a full coverage on this new one since I am making payment. How many days do I have to take care of this before it becomes violation? Or was I supposed to get insurance even before purchasing one? Does anyone know? Thanks.

I bought a car from a delaer yesterday. I don't have time to go and take care of the full coverage auto insurance on this car until lext week. I asked a dealer what happens if the car gets in accident. They said the car does not have any coverage and I need to take care of the insurane right away.

Someone told me that, actulally, the dealer has coverage on the vehicle for 3,4 days after a cutomer buys it and drive away with it. They just don't want you to know that because they don't want to pay in case of accident. Is that true?

Thanks.

If the other party causes and admits to the accident and the third parties insurers agree, then who has to foot the bill? Should your insurance company be fighting your corner?

so, I was driving without insurance because I -just- bought this car and my previous insurance -just-expired. (I live in missouri) I now have a court hearing in october for it. What am I supposed to do? I heard that I can just hire one of those traffic lawyers to go for you...will there be a -huge- fine or just a small one? I know, it was pretty dumb, but life sucks sometimes and you have to buy groceries instead of car insurance....help!!

Hi guys...
Any aussie here can answer this question?
I've been driving for almost 2 years in Melbourne. I'd never had any insurance for my car.... Recently I heard from someone that driving without insurance is illegal... Is that true???
Some of my friends don't have any insurance as well....

Some said as a minimum, a third party's insurance must be obtained in order to drive legally... Is that true??

Thanks very much!!!
