She is suspended for a DWI ( for a year). But went to PA and applied for a permit, passed the test and got a license. How does that work? Oh..We live in NJ!

It can take a couple of months before the cops come knocking on her door. Start saving for bail money and a lawyer now.

She got by. For now. It's also possible that she gave a bogus SS number -- transposed numbers -- to get past the national check. She'll be caught eventually, though. That will include a fraud charge as well.

She got it thru a glitch in the system, all right; but that doesn't make it legal. And when they catch her; she'll do federal time...
