I'll make my question as brief as possible..

i got into accident, my fault, car is not totalled, i brought it to the body shop my insurance told me to take it to (so its a certified shop by the insurance), driverside headlight busted, hood, bumper, driver side fender.. car is scion tC.

got the car last 2 weeks ago, i noticed the driver side fender and headlight is uneven.. it left a gap between headlight and bumper and they are telling me its the bumper.. so they are trying to push it up.. and use a bracket...... i know the fact the fender and headlight is uneven... very faulty.. the light at night is not even as well!...

im pissed my car has 3500miles on it.. never got oil changed and its screwed.. still 4 years to pay for it.. ruined!

shop was NORMANDIN CHRYSLER JEEP at san jose CA

insurance is Mercury insurance... THANKS!

If a driver in front stops abruptly or crashes into something, is the second guy responsible for hitting the first guy? What if theres a third car and it hits the middle car?

1) How much paperwork is involved. I drive a 92 Lebaron that is not too far from dying. I would like to buy a car within the next year and make monthly payments.

2) Is it really "just a phonecall" with my agent?

3) Do I get to keep my license plate?

4) What happens to my excise tax?--Do I have to inform my town hall of my new vehicle? Do I still get billed for my old car?

I started to back out of my driveway, but a car was pulling in behind me, on my right side, in the blind spot. I did not see the car pulling in. The other driver claims it was my fault. How do I deal with this?

This past weekend I was in an accident with a friend. She hit someone from behind while driving and swerved to the side and pulled over so we can you know get all the insurance info and check if they were ok. When we stopped though the people that she hit took off and were no where in sight. We waited a while and then took off. She got off lucky basically cause her front bumper was all messed up, I could only imagine what happened to the other car.Plus it was like her 3rd accident in like 3 months, her parents would have killed her! The problem now is my neck is really sore and my chest too I'm guessing from the seat belt since it hurts on the right side (was sitting passenger). What should I do?

I had my car parked facing the isle, I started my car and looked both ways before I pulled out. My car was halfway in the isle and a lady slammed into front passenger side of my car. She had a Ford Explorer and had minimal damage just the front left light and some damage to the bumper. My car had the whole front right damaged and wheel's little tilted, after asking her if she and the passenger (a child age 10 to12) was ok they were alright and then I asked her that didn't you see my car coming out she said "I guess not". After a while I found out that the kid is here friends, she came and pickup the kid after 15 min. A quick note I haven't reported it to police.
So my question
Is it my fault?
If it is what's then next step should I take?

There was a hit and run on my car , the car that smacked into mine was not insured and nobodys been charged with it yet. My insurance company say that can apply to special motor insurance bureau for the damage to my car but the excess is £300.00! and I've been told it could take months to get the money. My car is damaged all along one side and needs two doors and a rear quarter.I just don't know what to do, I can eitherwait several months to get it fixed and pay the first 300 pounds which I can ill afford especially as it isn't my fault or I can get it fixed as cheaply as I can , my husband has offered to put the doors on for me, I really want to go through the insurance in some respects as thats why I've got insurance and maybe they'll go after him but in another sense I'm just not sure.It grieves me so much that I will have to put my hand in my pocket either way and that piece of scum won't . Any advice appreciated.

After my contract I have 2 months to spend in the US so I will visit my aunt who stays in NC. Can I learn to drive and pass my test in the US even though I am not a citizen but will have my work visa?
