It takes two tickets to equal one insurance point. The problem is if they run an mvr, you may not be eligable for the particular auto program you are in. So don't give them any reason to run a motor vehicle report. Who knows you may get by with out them knowing....Good Luck.

I dont believe the ticket counts unless your found or plead guilty. You could get 100 tickets, but if you "beat" them all in court your insurance company should never even find out.

Did you have an accident along with the charge? If so they can. If you aren't actually charged than I don't think so.
