Geico. Of coarse each person who answers this is going to give you a different answer. Best thing to do is call around. I don't use the internet for a quote because they always tell you something different when you call. I don't have a DWI but Geico has been a great company for me.

Cee, I sell car insurance for a living, and the best thing for you do to do is call around and get quotes. Each insurance agency represents different companies. I have 8 different companies that I work with. All of them varies in prices, especially with a violation of this kind involved. So, call around and be ready with the information that the agency will need to quote you.
name, address, birthdate, social security #, driver's license's #,
year, make, model, possibly the vin # on your car, violations,
The agencies will be more than happy to give you a quote. Make sure to tell them you need a SR22, and ask them if they charge to file it. Make sure they have all the fees and service charges added into the price. It won't be as bad as you are afaird it will be, unless you are in your teens. Then it's pretty ruff. Good luck,
God bless us all..................

My boyfriend and I are on the same policy and he had a DUI last year. Progressive gave us the lowest rate by far. It was $880 for 6 months, and the next lowest was $1400.

Depending upon your state, you might not be given a choice. You may very well be forced into the assigned risk pool.
