In Cal if u get in a accident that's your fault ,hit some one from behind and both parties agree that the person at fault pays for dameges cause they had no insurce or drivers licence is that ok?
and should they have to pay for rental car too?

Well the person at fault is my boyfriend and he and the other person he hit agreeed my boyfriend would pay for their car. He 's already having some one fix it at a shop. The same day. But i realy don't think he has to pay for a rental

No thats not OK.

if they have no license/no insurance they shouldnt be driving.

and calif has a no fault law ..where both pay 50/50

Without a police report there is no record of an accident and if the person at fault doesn't want to pay your up the creek, even if they say they will pay that doesn't mean they will.

watch out the other person might have gotten your tag numbers and is going to claim it to the police as a hit and run or something like that. havent you ever watch'n the show home improvement

That sounds about right.. In fact that is how it is in just about every state since five years ago..Its called "No Fault" or
"last Tag Your It...I quit"!

It's better than OK..And,yes they should furnish a rental car
