I'll make my question as brief as possible..
i got into accident, my fault, car is not totalled, i brought it to the body shop my insurance told me to take it to (so its a certified shop by the insurance), driverside headlight busted, hood, bumper, driver side fender.. car is scion tC.
got the car last 2 weeks ago, i noticed the driver side fender and headlight is uneven.. it left a gap between headlight and bumper and they are telling me its the bumper.. so they are trying to push it up.. and use a bracket...... i know the fact the fender and headlight is uneven... very faulty.. the light at night is not even as well!...
im pissed my car has 3500miles on it.. never got oil changed and its screwed.. still 4 years to pay for it.. ruined!
shop was NORMANDIN CHRYSLER JEEP at san jose CA
insurance is Mercury insurance... THANKS!

Write a letter to Normandin's manager complaining. Contact the better business bureau and file a complaint against them.
Could you edit your question and give a better description of what was your fault and what is Normandin's fault?
Actually, you shouldn't have to change the oil more than once every 3500 miles. Heck, I've gone 5000 miles and my car was OK (although I wouldn't recommend it).
It's possible that with some headlights you can adjust where they're pointing by adjusting one of the screws that holds it in place. If it's not in your driver's manual, go to an auto shop and see if you can get a repair book for your particular car (PS, I think those tCs are pretty cool looking). A book like that can make you more knowledgeable about what mechanics are telling you, and you may be able to make some simple repairs yourself.

First, I would contact the insurance company and tell them that the shop has not done a proper job with the repairs. You could ask the insurance adjuster to come back out and look at your car and show them what needs to be corrected by the shop. The insurance, if they haven't already paid the shop, can determine to withhold payment until it's fixed correctly. Take pictures with your digital. Keep a log of dates, times, and who you speak to at both the insurance company and at the shop. Keep after the shop until they fix it correctly.
Remember, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Stand firm and don't back down until you're satisfied with the job. The louder you talk the sooner (hopefully) it'll be taken care of. Don't let the shop take advantage of you!
Good luck!

Chances are the frame guy did a half assed job and you have a rail that is not straight. Take it to several other shops, have it looked at and get several opinions. Take these back to your insurance agent and see what they say, If they refuse to do anything further, contact an attorney or the better business bureau and go from there. When collision repair is done properly, you should not be able to tell the car was ever hit AT ALL!

If its a certified shop by the insurance, there is a guarantee on the work. Call the Insurance Co and talk to them. Tell them you want the adjuster to come and look at the shady work.
The shop has to answer to them for not correctly repairing the car.
Keep on them till they fix it right.

Body shops are supposed to back up their work. If you're not satisfied with the job, they should fix it. But perhaps their flaky job results from getting paid from Mercury Insurance.
Tell Mercury insurance your complaint...perhaps they'll stop using that chrysler shop after so many other complaints in the future...

You should have never taken the car, you should have called the insurance company and they would have had it fixed correctly, meanwhile call the insurance company, tell them what a crappy job the body shop did and that they need to fix right.l If that doesnt work your going to have to hire an attorney

Keep bugging that shop until they do it right! It should at least be done so that it's less noticeable. If they still return it in unsatisfactory condition, I'd let the insurance company know and ask if you could take it somewhere else. In fact, I'd let the insurance company know right now! Threaten both of them to take your business elsewhere, money talks!

Call Mercury and report the louse repair, then ask which Toyota Dealership to take it to to get a Quality repair. Taking a Toyota to a Crysler Dealership like taking a Rolls to a VW Garage.

If you have a husband or a good "guy friend" bring them back to the shop, mechanics dont listen to women about cars "no man does". Have them fix your car free of charge, if they dont report them to the Better Buisness Berue, dont skimp on the threats. They dont want to draw attention to there selfs. Also since there a dealer authorized mechanic i would also report them to GM... and for God sakes change your oil!

Call your insurance company as well as send a letter in writing to both .
To insurance?chrysler tell them thatthe work, repairs was not done correctly and it needs to be completed properly.
Ask if your insurance has paid Chrysler for repairs , if not tell them to hold off until work is done proper.
If that doesnt work tell them you are going to get an attorney.......
You can usually get one that will work for free and charge the insurance company.
