Hi guys.. I had an accident today. It's my first accident so I don't know what to do... Please help!!

I parked my car on the street (stable). Another car just moved from the driveway of the house. The car's left rear part hit my car's front right part. There's no obvious damage. The lady refused to give me her driver's license no and phone no... I just got her rego. She said she will contact her insurance company.... At that time I was a bit nervous and I said "What can I get" she noted that down and took a couple of pictures....

Can anybody tell me what to do?? I don't have any insurance for my car... How are the insurance company gonna find me? It's obviously her fault but she said she's not gonna discuss that with me... oh gee.... how can someone be that stupid....!!

Also, can someone tell me if I am entitled to any compensation if there's no obvious damage? I kind of twisted my neck... If I go to physiologist, can I claim that back??

After getting a permit from the DMV how much does Driver's Training usually cost about? Also do we need to be insured if we're taking driver's training?

I'm 17, turning 18 in January and was wondering if I could just go and take the tests and get my license when I'm 18. People are always telling me that I don't need a permit and might as well wait until I turn 18 to get my license, but I have my doubts. Is it true? Or would I still need to get my permit and wait 6 months?

i had two car accidents - one in arizona in summer 2004 and the other in texas in summer 2005, both of which i was at fault.
at the time, i had california car insurance, which covered my accidents. i did everything legally and paid for my mistakes.

i just moved to pennsylvania and need to buy a new car insurance policy here.
do i need to report my prior car accdidents to my new insurance company? if I don't tell them about them, willl they find out anyway?

Daughter was in car accident with a few injuries. Not her fault. A lady run a stop sign. Are we to accept only the money offered to cover the vehicle that was lost, or do we get to ask for a certain amount. Being told they will pay current market value of truck but if not enough to pay loan we are responsible for balance. Shouldn't the person at fault be responsible for that balance? How about loss of wages? What about getting another vehicle to replace the one we lost? I think the person at fault should pay for everything. I need guidance, please.

I was in a car accident. I had right of way, I colided with lady who did not yield. I went through my insurance for repair, as waiting for the other insurance co. would take too long. I had to pay my deductible for repair. My insurance went after the other company to get reimbursed for the repair. Today I got a check with a refund of 65% of my deductible. Can they do that? What can I do to collect the rest of my deductible? The other driver's insurance co. is responsible for the damage caused by their client. Why should I lose any money on that?

I am here on a work visa to work at summer camp. Camp is now over, and I have 2 months to tour the USA. I need car insurance, but no company will give it to me since I am not a US citizen, and I do not have a residence. I have been staying at a friend's house, and they will not let me use their house as a residency.

What is the solution? I need a car. Renting a car is not an option. What can I do.

I recently changed jobs, in my new commute there is this little corner that I get a clear view of all comming traffic, in past 3 weeks I have been making a right turn at this corner without making a complete stop, I just got a ticket dated 2 weeks ago showing a pic of my car running the red light making right turn @17 mph speed.
I have a feeling that more of these tickets are comming in mail during next 2 weeks since I was not aware of my vialation and had no idea there was a camera there, despite of all the posted signs.
If I get a ticket from an officer it will teach me an immediate lesson but cameras take two weeks for you to find out and during that two weeks the vialation can reaccure over and over!can I dispute them tickets with that logic?

Thanks in advance

I bought a 2001 Xterra (put down $2000, financed the rest) from a dealership (A & M Motors). I have the bill of sale. Approximately 6 weeks later, car had been towed (no parking zone). I went to get it from tow lot and showed insurance, ID, bill of sale. I got the car out, but towing co. told me that car was in an individual's name (Mary Halliwell). This is not the dealership or auto dealer's name. Did dealership have a responsibility to transfer title to themselves (A & M Motors) from Mary Halliwell before selling me the car? Now, the car was in an accident and I don't know who is going to be compensated.....A & M (are they the lienholder?), Mary Halliwell (owner of vehicle per the title) or me (I have the bill of sale and I financed the car through A & M Motors). What is the law in Texas regarding transfer of title from person to dealership to person. Isn't there a legal time frame to transfer title at least from Mary to dealership? I am at my wit's end! Help!!!!

I can't figure out if it's the number listed with the rest of your info (i.e. date of birth, sex, etc), or if it's the number in the bottom left-hand corner.
