What states do not have reciprocal motor vechicle aggreements with NJ?

I am facing a license suspession in NJ and need to find what states do not enforce or reciprocate with NJ

before your license gets suspended in NJ go to PA and have them issue you one. You won't be able to drive in Jersey once your license has been suspended though

If your license is suspended in any state, no state will issue you a license, and it will come up as "suspended revoked" if they run any license you are able to get by fraud.

Just tell New Jersey that you're an illegal immigrant. Then you'll have a license no problem.
