Call the police for one thing. By refusing to identify herself properly (license, registration, and insurance card) that constitutes hit-and-run driving.
Most likely she's playing it that way because you don't have insurance. She knows full well that if you file a complaint with the police you will be nailed for operating without insurance. Pretty dumb move on your part!
If there's no damage, there's nothing to claim anyway so just let it drop. Given that you were not injured, trying to claim that you were constitutes insurance fraud. That's a felony with prison time. If that's what spins your props, go for it, but if you have half a brain you'll just forget the whole thing.
And get insurance!!!

Ok, stop the madness! First, not having insurance doesn't change the fact that you were not at fault and if she has insurance, her carrier should pay for your damage. The problem is finding out who that is. If this ever happens again where someone won't exchange information, call the police immediately to the scene. If you have her license plate number then you can see if the police can do a trace. They may require you file a police report.
If she's gone forever, then you are s.o.l. because you have no insurance to help you in this situation. You could have maybe used uninsured motorist coverage if you had it. Lesson learned.
If you do get her insurance info and make a claim, I doubt you're going to get much consideration for your injury if your car had no damage. Not sure where you are, but insurance companies do not buy into injury claims where the impact was so slight it didn't even damage the car.
Injuries like that (soft tissue) usally resolve by themselves without treatment over a small period of time. Everyone is different, and you could be too, but that's pretty much the long and the short of it with soreness and stiffness, etc. Maybe time and some anti-inflammatories will help resolve it.

If it is legal to operate a vehicle in your state without insurance then her insurance should fix your car. If not, then you can be faulted for illegally operating a vehicle (they see it as your vehicle should not have been on the road and if you had obeyed the law then the accident wouldn't have happened). Now, it is pretty much her word against yours. Call the police, tell them what happened and let them write a report. As to your neck, that would have to go to court. With no obvious damage to the vehicle you will have a heck of a time proving that the accident hurt your neck. You would be taking a chance going to the doctor and suing for compensation. I wouldn't risk it, if you just twisted your neck then you won't get serious treatment from a legitimate doctor anyway.

Call your local police department. Tell them, this lady hit your car while backign out of the drive, here's her plate, she refused to give me any information. File a police report against her. They'll run the plate number.
Were you parked? Were you still in the car?
Yes, the status of YOUR insurance is irrelevant - if she hit you, you were parked, and your car was off, she's 100% at fault, cut and dried.
What's a "physiologist"? Technically, it's a scientist that studies movement?? So I think you mean something else.
Medical payments - that depends on the state you are in. Sometimes, med pay is a no-fault claim. IF you have bodily injury (not just, Oh, my neck is sore!), she's on the hook in all 50 states. If there isn't any injury, you'll end up paying the bill to get yourself checked out.
BTW - if you have no damage to your car, and she has no damage to her car, lots of luck getting any money for bodily injury out of the insurance company. And watch out for the fraud prevention team, they'll be on you like white on rice.

If you have a tag # then call the cops -- she is LSA (leaving the scene of the accident). Gimme a break with your 'twisted' neck. You should be ashamed you baby. If there is no visible damage to your car, THEN WHAT IS ALL THE WHINING ABOUT?
You just think you hit the lottery but the fact is you are a deadbeat that doesn't even have insurance yourself. I have a clue for you pal....her insurance isn't going to pay you one dime for your horrible injuries, lawyer or not.
Get a life.

I know that here if you are involved in an accident with no insurance whether you are at fault or not your lisence is immediately suspended for failure to have insurance. Is the neck pain worth a suspended lisence?
Get insurance, I have it, and mine will sue you for not having it if you hit me!
