Do disabled badge holders also have to pay?

I have tried to phone but the phone is not answered for hours on end.

From memory it's about £6 but I could be wrong. The hospital website says this:
"Disabled car parking spaces are available at both Northwick Park & St Mark's Hospital and Central Middlsex Hospital. There are 36 spaces that are free of charge at Northwick Park and a number of spaces at Central Middlesex. This number is currently changing while the new hospital is built and will be updated when the new car park is completed."
The parking for disabled badge holders is on the ground floor of the car park, or was last time I looked.
Mind you, knowing NPH it's probably out of date. It really is the worst hospital ever. Shockingly badly run.

Its an absolute con.
It is one of the reasons we moved to France, continual cons on vehicles.
We pay no road tax, very little parking charges, cheaper diesel, cheaper insurance.
OK they ARE starting to take the piss with speed cameras, but even that is cheaper, £30.
Park the car in the Estate over the road, and get a taxi. It is cheaper than the parking charge AND it drops you at the door. Further your car stands less chance of being burglarised.
