As a retired paralegal, my advice is to contact your insurance carrier, then a good attorney. If you ignore the summons, there are many penalties you expose yourself to, including loss of license, high judgment against you by default, possibly even jail time. By all means contact your insurance people and an attorney, but do not contact the plaintiff(s) or their insurance carrier.

They can sue you! Inform your insurance company of the suit by certified mail (so you have proof, you told them). The Insurance company should represent you in court. Don't let this slide, or you could have a judgment against you.

Call the insurance company and let them know. If you are required to appear get council. If thy are trying to sue you thy need to seek information form the insurance company not you.
You don't have to tell them anything.
