also due to my very small height would it cause many many many many risks on me from health to face appearance. Would it be so bad that i come out boot camp and navy with whole bunch of scars on my face. I know i will get rediculed a lot but what should i prepare for, and whats the best way to prevent(i know the worst could happen anytime even trying to prevent but) from dying, and preventing scars, at least on face. What to do they do in navy boot camp, what kind of obstacles and activities.

Isnt that stupid, so much of of equal rights but we dont see women being drafted to war...

I'll admit, we see nowadays that women are more educated than men (meaning they are more women in college than men)....yet we see more men working in a job than women......

I really dont see why women dont get to go to war, I think there should pass a law that both men and women should both be drafted equally......-_-

I leave for bootcamp in Feb. and I'd really like to be stationed in Europe if possible. I think I read/heard somewhere there was/used to be a sub base in the UK. Anyone know if there are still foreign bases, and if so, where they are?

... those who died protecting freedom while those who survived after no less putting their lives on the line live in fear or poverty in their old age or having been wounded are written off by the military as no longer fit for consideration.

Good wishes.

Hi!
my family and I lived in Italy at Aviano air base for 8 1/2 years.
I'm half italian so basically all my family is there. My mom got stationed to go back to the states.
I've been living in Texas for 3 years now. i really miss Italy. My mom just retired from the military and I was wondering how can we get back over there?
There is a 5 year rule to stay but I want to stay there permanently.
My mom doesn't want to work for Aafes because she says she won't get paid alot at all and that's like the only job I know where you can stay as long as you want. What other jobs can my mom get that pay good and allow you to stay? My dad would need a job too. Any ideas? What about any local italian jobs?
