But hey nothing can take my mind off working out!

As most of us know, Patton's feeling was that the Allies should've kept going towards Moscow facing the red army, and I always wondered, what if the allied did just that. I don't want to know about the reasons for this not to happen, since it already happen and we all know them, but I was thinking about consequences and scenarios.
But any answer has to deal with the following points:
-What would've happen in the pacific theater (would Japan switch allies and join the soviets or would it be a three way war.
-What would the rest of the German Army do? They would’ve been useful for the allies, specially their officer’s corp., since they had experience in fighting on Russian soil.
-What about the NAZI leadership, would the allies still hang them or let them walk
-Oil, would the British would been able to hold on to the Middle East against the soviets
and any other point you would like to address.

People are moving from more to less dangerous areas. Al Queda about gone. Why don't we come home and stop the drain of American lives and resources?

I want to become an officer in the U.S. Navy and I was thinking of something involving computers. I was wondering about something involving communications and/or the analysis of data as well. What I would really like is something where I would maybe be aboard a ship and transfer information gathered to other areas/ships. I was looking into Intelligence and Information Warfare, but I'm not sure what these fully mean. I also want to do NROTC in college. Also (sorry for the long description), I don't have very good depth perception, but my vision is good enough so that I don't have to wear glasses, contacts, etc.

I'm currently a GS11, and my finance is an E-5 in the Navy. I just moved to Naples, Italy and he's still stateside, but up to start negotiating orders in December. Naturally, we want to get him over here. If we were to marry sooner than later, would the fact that I'm a GS11 over here help him when it comes to trying to get orders over here? I'm getting conflicting stories and am wondering if anybody knows for sure. I don't know if my being already here could have any bearing on his orders. Even if someone could steer me in the right direction for Regs to look at, I would appreciate it. Thank you so much for all of your help!

i used to be in the mcjrotc in my high shcool for 3 years and i loved it. im from a military family and my fiancee is about to graduate from the marines. i tried to join the marines but they wouldnt let me becasue of my history of asthma. im in pretty good shape physically but of course my running is a little sucky..fast as hell but cant run for long distance that well. only like a couple miles. i would also prefer to be in a reserve becasue i wantto spend as much time with my baby as possible but if both of us were i nactive duty i dont think we see each other too much. but i could maybe take active if i had too.

Since the end of WWII we've started 3 conflicts and won zero. We know how to start them, we just don't know how to finish them. The war in Iraq will be like Korea and Vietnam. No win.
