Nope... dont, and never existed. you could theoretically compare them to the SS, but there simply were no "Nazi Storm Elite" MOH simply wanted to make a "boss like" character so players could make judgements on which enemy was more important to eliminate first. though it is possible to carry an mg42, it was extremely uncommon, and most likely unseen in the war. the weapons extreme rate of fire combined with its high caliber round made it very unstable handheld. - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzmG7_4piLU
The gas mask is useless to the character as there is no gas... and is very limiting in vision. and the ability to take a barrage of munitions to the face, grenades, and stabs is complete fiction. the only realistic feature of the NSE's are their unifrom. a simple coat and pants...
so in actuallity, the Medal of honor Nazi Storm Elite should be a blind, unstable, kid who got his hands on a gas mask and uniform...
as for the Panzerschrek soldiers, RETARDS! never fire an anti vehicle weapon at a target 5 feet away from you.

There never was a nazi storm elite.
During WW1 the Prussian and associated German States developed a Sturm-troop Unit, these were highly mobile units trained to force away into enemy trenches, lightly armed with pistols, light-machine guns, hand-grenades and flamethrowers, they also used knives, bayonets, clubs and sharpened spades to give them an advantage of taking out the defenders, their work enabled regular troops to move in and take over the enemy line. as soon as the Sturm troops work was done they went back to a base behind the lines to practice for their next mission, they did not stay in the front line trenches week after week.
At the time the use of such tactics captured the people imagination and the sturm trupp were accorded Gladiator /Warrior like status, after the war and during the civil unrest in Germany ex-members of these units helped to form units of the so called Frei-Korps who were fighting against the Communists, the Nazi party started to recruit many of them into its organization both for the "respectability" propaganda having such men associated with the nazi party, and the use of their combat knowledge, it was common to find hitler inspecting units of stormtroopers in the 1930's while making his bid for power.
After that the name "stormtrooper" was universally associated with nazi germany. But in the 3 reich military the storm-trooper role had evolved in to specialist pioneer-troops who were tasked at blowing enemy defenses and fortifications.

it wasnt an elite, it was more like a unit which was called SA (STURM ABTEILUNG = STORM UNIT). they had this name because they stormed in, did they job and left again.
more elite was the SS (SCHUTZ STAFFEL = PROTECTION UNIT)
