also due to my very small height would it cause many many many many risks on me from health to face appearance. Would it be so bad that i come out boot camp and navy with whole bunch of scars on my face. I know i will get rediculed a lot but what should i prepare for, and whats the best way to prevent(i know the worst could happen anytime even trying to prevent but) from dying, and preventing scars, at least on face. What to do they do in navy boot camp, what kind of obstacles and activities.

Your height is the bare minimum permitted for enlistment. But, these scars can be a problem. You didn't mention if they exist right now. If they do, extensive scarring which might require extensive outpatient treatment or would have a potential to ulcerate is disqualifying.

Actually being not too big is a military advantage.
You however might run into some problems with
the obstacle course and some other training.
If the obstacle isn't natural size it's usually made
for average size. So everything would be a bit
higher and further for you.
