I have 2 small children and we have been w/ out air since friday. It could've been fixed on friday but my landlord wouldn't approve the piece for the price they wanted. They said to wait til monday to find a cheaper one. It is now tuesday and it won't be fixed til later this evening. I owe on back rent, should I be able to get an adjustment on that back amount or on next months rent for this. We live in southwest florida on it has been around 100 degrees in our house WITH all the fans on and windows and doors open.

Recently an illegal immigrant without a drivers license drove a van
through the house of an elderly women.The the elderly woman died a week later as a result of her injuries.The driver was sentenced to 2 yrs. probation.and is being deported to Guatamala.
No jail time.I think she should serve time then be deported.Everyones response welcome.

if I I choose not to continue with the job seekers allowance and just do that job that was , for 8 hours a weeks and the pay is just 38.80 a week , and so low than , can I still get housing benefit and council tax benefit, or do I still need to be on the job seekers,

but the reason I dont want to be on job seekers is because its annoying and they say you have to do some type of course which I dont have time for

and my income is so low

Because when you apply for job seekers you also apply for housing benefit and council tax

It is common knowledge that the problems africa has today stems from bad leadership.African countries do not lack natural resources or human resources that will make their nations great,the reason why there is a vicious cycle of poverty and disease is because most head of goernment and there associates pilfer the nations treasury and siphon same to countries like switzerland.Late General Sani Abacha of Nigeria was a notable example.I want to know what it is in the Swiss psyche that will make them turn a blind eye to where these monies come from,inspite of the multifarious problems that are on ground in Africa.

With a marrage license creating a legal contract between you and the state and can only be broken before a judge, and usually includes punishment to the husband in the form of alimony or palomony weather it was his fault or not.
It seems to me that this is illegal and would make all marriges illegal null and void and all marital judgements uninforcable due to the colusion between church and state.

I am cerious, I am 17 and 3 months pregnant, but i will turn 18 ,3 week before i have my baby, and my baby father is 21. My baby father said he isnt going to help with my baby, and i wont to know is it possible to get child support from him thru the courts, when he doesnt work? He gets a monthly check of $800 dollars for SSI or something like, because of his anger problem... I just wont to know if he would have to pay becuase he tells me that they isnt going to make him do nothing? Also i neeed to know because I am going to need the help becuase i will be a single mother in high school!!!!

i know people who drink and smoke and i would much rather see someone smoke than drunk. marijuana mellows u out but drinking makes most people crazy. u hear about alot of child and spousel abuse from people who are drunk but not who smoke. also a lot of people wouldn't have to be on antidepressants or ADD medication. also there would be less overcrowding in our prison system from people who are in there just for marijuana. there are so many reasons why it should be legal in my eyes. does anyone else agree with me? also for the record believe it or not i don't smoke it but i know people who do. i have smoked it in the past so i know how it makes u feel and stuff.

She has been gone for several weeks now. It was mutual until last weekend when she told a friend that she thought I was trying to harm her. A ridiculous notion. I immediately had my phone numbers changed so she can only contact me via email. I am in Texas so I was wondering if she could have the police come to my home to retrieve her belongings. I have no intention of keeping them, but I do not have all the time to search through the house right now. Most of her belongings have already been removed. I will send her belongings to her when I have time to go through the house. What should I do? Since she left is this considered abandoned property? Is there a time limit? Thanks!
