What if your co-worker looks at porn on the internet at work? I am a female and the person doing this is a male. I know it sounds gross but he watches it and then uses the bathroom right after every single time. He thinks I can't see what he is looking at. I have already told my boss but I didn't want anyone getting fired over it so I just asked that he send out a memo saying the computers are monitored and not to use innapropriate sites. It worked for a bit but now he's back to doing it again. It is so gross. Would you say anything? Should I get him terminated or would you just say something to the guys face?

Hi,

My cousin is going through, yet another, custody battle with his ex-wife. He had sole custody of his two children, however recently he decided he would let his children visit their mom (his ex-wife). Now she has threated not to return them, gotten a temporary custody order, and is taking him back to court.
She has called in the Children's Aid Society and falsely accused him of abusing his children. To make matters worse she seems to be manipulating the kids into wanting to stay with her with gifts, taking them out to dinner every night, and letting them stay up and basically do what they want. What kid wouldn't want that? Any advice for my cousin?

WHY oh WHY does our "justice" system do this to us? They even KNEW and SAID he was a 100% risk of RE-OFFENDING when they last released him (they must have assumed his next victim wouldn't be THEIR child).

They put Mr. Muckle away for possibly the rest of his life as a designated "dangerous offender" (he's the guy who beat a woman into a permanent coma in Banff). Why can't we do that with pedophiles?

U.S. Constitution: First Amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...

This is saying that Congress Can't make law regarding or referring to religion, or they would be respecting an or the establishment of religion.

With this, how can they grant Marriage Licenses at all..?

Endangering my freedoms.
Cause unneeded stress to military people.

I know they probably will be dismissed.. but it would almost be worth a few $100 to file claims against these people for being dorks on my Dime.

It is a common habit to shorten words, as we do with many nationalities. So why are some deemed racially offensive, and some not.
Another one I've hear of is 'WOG', Which stands for Western Oriental Gentleman. What's offensive about being called a gentleman?

i have not been convicted of anything and my lawyer was taking care of things and so she up and moves to another state with out me knowing where she is and so now i have a warrent for not being in court,i have not received anything from anyone saying i had to be there,the reason i know this is my husband and i went to the storeand we got pulled over for a traffic violation.

there is lot of harrasment to the people to get the work done.during surprise visit no.of officers found absent from their duty,in spite of puda,no.of unauthorised colonies are established every year,most of the roads are broken itself after a few days,accidants take place due to negligency of the sanitary officer,in spite of officer,there is no time of opening and closing of shops,people urin in the open where thousands of people move here and there,no.of scandals are taking place.

in spite of CVC there is corruption in each and every dept.it is very immpossible to get the work done without paying fee of the officer.if it is complaint,the complainant and his family has to face lot of problems.the corrupts have no fear of law and govt.the corrupt officer held the govt.responsible for corrupt systems.

Here is my problem, I have been told for most of my life that I would need help getting pregnant. I have problems and only one ovary. I was married in Feb of this year and started a new job in Jan. I found out last month that I’m pregnant! It’s a miracle to me, I’m 29 and to just get pregnant out of the blue is just amazing! But we were not planning on trying to have kids for about 2 or 3 years. Here is the problem, my coworker and boss are unhappy that I’m pregnant. My co worker will not talk to me unless spoken to and is telling everyone behind my back that she is unhappy about this. I went to my boss and she said to tell the truth she is not happy about it either! Before I was hired here my position went unfilled for about 4months. This coworker had to do my job and her own. My boss said it was horrible for both of them and they are not looking forward to be being out for 6weeks. Now I’m not going to be out till MARCH of next year! This has been going on for 3weeks now. My boss said I needed to understand where they are coming from. I wish I had not told anyone but cant undue that! And I know my coworker who has been married for 9years wants to have a baby, I don’t know if she is also upset that she hasn’t gotten pregnant and I am. I was tiptoeing around her for the 1st 2weeks but now I’m getting sick of this and she has started telling my boss my work is slacking! I do not know for sure that it was her who told this but I’m 99% sure it was. I have had horrible morning sickness and extreme fatigue but I have not missed a day at work. I do not believe my work has suffered but I think it’s understandable if I’m running to the restroom several times a day that I’m not going to be at my desk always and I may not get as much done. I have lost 6pounds in the last 2weeks from being sick and not being able to eat, and this stress isn’t helping. How do I handle this situation?

Is it Federal law or State law that makes certain bird feathers illegal to own? If it's State law, I need to know for Illinois. What birds' feathers are illegal to own, even to pick up from a bird molting or from roadkill? Where can I find this info? I have heard that it is illegal to own any feathers from any birds of prey. Is this true, and if so, are there any other feathers from any other birds that are illegal to own?
