I'm pretty sure no one was hurt. I know it's a little late - but just for future incidents.. I figure if no one was hurt it shouldn't be too big of a deal.

I have just started using thsi site and I must say I am NOT a conservative person when it come to sex but there are too many kids and teenagers here asking questions about sex and pregnancy and I must say they are recieving horrible advice...

Do you think Yahoo should allow this and bear responsibility for tha advice and mistakes these kids will make due to what they have read on this site ?

First of all it is VERY COLD where I live, I tied my dog to a pole outside so he can use the bathroom while the game was on, next thing I know I fell asleep and I wake up at 2 in the morning and run out and check and he was frozen solid, well here's the thing my wife found out and said she is calling the cops today. Is there going to be any fines or jail time for me?

dont we have freedom of speech in america, does it seem like a bad thing to anyone else that the very documents that this country was founded on are becoming void. if mel doesn't have the right to say something about jewish people then we dont have freedom of speech. the very first thing in the constitution doesn't exist. i find that very concerning. the very second thing. freedom of press. is also now null. you cant write christmas on your own frontyard without a jewish person suing you for thousands of dollars. that is less then freedom people. mel gibson is a US citizen, he can say whatever he wants and write down whatever he wants, he should not have to appologize and he should not be penalized. the same goes for meand you. we are slowly losing our rights. does no one realize that america could become a fascist goevernment. forced to say what is appropriate, forced to write down what will never offend anyone. which wont be much. america isnt free now, and its only getting worse

Driving under the influence (alcohol) and talking on cell phone both should be held on the same platform when it come to breaking the law, both are equally dangerous, talking on a cell phone in my opinion more commonly to cause problems, since there are more people doing this that drinking and driving. For example i have been ran off the road completely twice in the past year by people have been talking on cell phone they had merge in oncomming traffic and i have swerved to miss them, and yesterday my father was at a red light and a woman talking on a cell phone plowed into his car, totaling it. When the cops came all she got was a fine and is required to pay to have my dads care fixed, but if the situation contain alcohol the woman would have been arrested, i feel punishment should be just as harsh, just wondering other peopls thought on the matter.

Some parts of europe have legalized recreational use and even opend "shops" and the crime rate has significantly dropped. Would that happen here or would it be a disaster? Thoughts?

My boyfriend's mother is completely out of control. From the time he was a child until he was around 13, she beat the crap out of him... now she has another daughter by a different man... she can't punish her daughter because her husband gets mad... so she punishes my boyfriend double... she blames him for everything that his real dad did to her... she calls him worthless and stupid constantly.. tells him he'll never amount to anything... she lets us talk once a week for an hour online... she won't ever let us talk on the phone and because we live 3 hours from each other we see each other MAYBE once a month if we're lucky and she's not in a bad mood. Is there any way that I can have him taken from her? He hates her... so much that he's leaving on his 18th birthday... I just need to know if there's any way that he can be taken from her and stay with a relative? Thank you. Any help is MUCH appreciated... he doesn't deserve what he gets everyday.

Back in college, my friends and I use to talk about having standards (code of ethics, morals, etc...). That includes having your stuff (the nice way of putting it) together. Don't give me comments about the pres GWB, because if I see him give that look of "deer in headlights" again, I will scream. And, his staff is not much better. Has the idea of actually having standards and holding others as well as yourself accountable really gone out the window. Because, sometimes, I think it has. It could be because I live and work in the D.C. area. Maybe there is something in the water here?

If you were asked to recommend which one of these is appropriate to resolve a dispute, what factors would you consider in making this recommendation.

I'd say this would involve a business contract dispute.
