I don't know if this is a serious question or not, but yes you are being discriminated against. If one person because of thier race or any other protected right is allowed in company culture then any ohter race has to be allowed the same rights.

so if these people are allowed to use offensive words opening, you have to be allowed to do so also.

I would get an attorney and file a law suit for race discrimination.

It is common nature for some black people to use the "N" word in their conversations, just as the "F" word is used widely today. I know, I used it for my 24 years in the Navy. I am writing in here, as I feel I have some experience in this area. It depends on the company policy. There are also Federal and State laws cocerning what can be considered harassment or discrimination. If what someone hears you say feels it is wrong, they can file a greivance against you. Then depending on the company policy, you can be punnished up to and including termination.
As to the black people using the same words, you can if it offends you, file a complaint with your Human Resources office, which is by law required to keep it confidential.

You are a victim of reverse racism. A black man can call you "whitey" " cracker" or what ever else and it is socially acceptable. But if you even whisper the n word there will be trouble. Your lucky you did not get fired.

That doesn't sound fair.

That word needs to be abolished, quickly. Most people who say it as a "term of endearment" or whatever need to go back to school and take a history exam.

Doesn't seem fair to me. If they don't like the N word then nobody should use it. Seems like you are being unfairly targeted and you should complain to the appropriate authority.
