Kissing is not a requirement in the wedding in order to invalidate the marriage under the law. As long as you consented to be the lawful husband during the ceremony, the marriage is already valid.

So were you hoping this is a way out? If you think back the pastor(preacher,jp etc) says "you may now kiss the bride" there is nothing stating "you now have to kiss her or you arent married" you already said "I DO" earlier... I hope your wife wises up and gets rid of you and your STD (from the other question).

Yes. Signing the marriage certificate seals the deal. The kiss is just for show.

Yes. But of course that just makes you a jerk for NOT kissing your wife. Then of course there is the part of consummating the marriage. I am pretty sure you did that!

If she has the paper your it. Too late now to ask questions the Best thing is to get her mad enough to renounce the whole thing and get it annulled. The other option is tret her like a dog and she will wnat out more than you. See what happens when you think with your crotch instead of your brain??

If you signed the license and registry, you could hula hoop together instead of kiss, and it doesnt make any difference.

I dont think the kissing has anything to do with it. However, did you consumate the marriage.
