I have been told that I should call my cat (pet) an animal companion. Ok. Should I call the fish on my plate a MEAL COMPANION? What about the steak: a Bovine companion?

peta's anything but crazy, its leaders have found a way to make millions off animals and not putting a dime into anything that animals benefit from. money's all the leaders of peta care about, they use and play on other peoples emotions

Yes, as with any organization it has been taken over by the wacko's. Should animals be treated humainly, yes. Should they be abused, no. But where I draw the line is I hunt, I hunt responsible and will not take more then I can eat. I fish, same thing. I eat meat, domestic animals are raised to give us substance. Do I think that a dog, or any pet, should be tied outside without food or water for days on end, no. That is the differance.

Oh, you're to call your cat an animal companion? Last I checked with PETA they said animals are better off dead than being used as pets because they are not free to exercise their rights as pets. (See the case where PETA killed a bunch of animals in NC to "liberate" them.)

So next time you pet your "animal companion" just remember that it's better off in the wild exercising it's rights than being housed, fed, and vaccinated by you. And if you really love it, you'll set it free. And if you really love animals in general, you'll stop using anything made by any animal product (you know, milk, leather, etc) and please, refrain from having any more Dinner Companions.

My Dog Luke is my comapnion, he sits when I say sit, he lays at my feet when I rest, he even guards over me when I sleep. He is my trusty companion.

PETA is a sanctioned terrorist organization that should be held accountable.

Im on the side of People Eating Tasty Animals.....I prefer dead Bovine myself, or the occasional Rabbit, Deer, Bear (black) Moose, Carribou, Salmon, Halibut, Dall Sheep, Elk, or a nice warm wolf fur collar around the hood of my jacket.....Just to piss Peta pepl off

PETA is listed as a known terrorist organization. Lofty ideals, but poor execution of their agenda.
