You cannot obtain someone else's criminal record in Ontario or in Canada in general. Privacy laws in Canada prevent the RCMP and local police stations from releasing information contained in criminal records database to third parties, except as authorized by law. Criminal record information is only released based on a fingerprint comparison and with the concerned person's authorization.

If you want to obtain your own, you can go to your local police station, pay the fee, and obtain that.
