it's in a plant, it doesn't seem to be moving...but I can't really see it very well... it was looking very fat, but then again, it is a balloon molly... what's going on?

We need to remove the carbon for three daysso our fish medicine can heal our Siamese Fighting fish. It could very well be dead already but we are giving it a shot. yeah I just checked, its dead as a doorknob. But, i still need to know what the carbon will be on. If it is the spongey thing in the filter, can the spongy thing be blue?

I want to extend my pond for my Koi , one reason is that I want to extend my propery and the pond would be too near the footings, the other is that my Koi are getting a bit large now. My question is can I join another liner to the existing one so as to enlarge the pond If I was lucky enough to be able to join them , what would I join them together with.
The liner I have at present is a Pirelli rubber one. Of course I would buy like for like if I knew that I could join them.

Hi, I have a yellow dahl (?) and the undeside of all his fins have gone black. There is no obvious damage and he is otherwise fine, thought fin rot was pale or bloody ? He is only a month or so old, could it just be his markings coming out ?

I am getting a 5 gallon hex tank from Wal Mart tomorrow and I need to know, is a dwarf gourami, honey gourami, 2 sunset coral dwarf platies, and 3 fancy guppies compatible? I think the dwarf gourami isn't. If it isn't, what else can I put in the 5 gallon hex tank? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated! Please help! <:-)

I have started addind glassworms to the weekly treat list. (frozen) I just fed my betta a couple of bite sized clumps, he was apprehensive at first and then gobbled the two bites I gave him off the toothpick... there is now strings of the glassworms hanging out of his gills, while I find this strangely amusing, should I be worried? or is this common? should I stop feeding them to my fish?

My friend's betta is sick. He just site sideways on the bottom and only goes up to get air and to eat. He is in a bowl much too small though. He has no signs of parasites or anything. My friend said he's been doing that since she bought him a year ago. What's wrong with him?

My mom and I just got fish last Sunday for a neew pond we made, we had 2 koy and 6 goldfish the fish person said these are the best type for a pond and they live all year round! We'll the next day one goldfish had died. And I was feeding them the same amont as the man the store had told me. One Thursday we cleaned the tank and made it better for them. Well that Friday the were all Died! ALL OF THEM!!! why did this happen?

The pale skin is under the gills on both sides it looks like my fish is less active and the water in the tank gets dirtier faster, and i noticed that my fish has brown stuff coming out of its gills. Help!!!!!

i just got my fish tank about two weeks ago and need to know when to fully clean their tank. i have already changed their water twice but i can see the poo on the botton of the rocks.i have a ten gallon tank and a ten gallon size filter.

in the tank i have two gouramis, a calico goldfish, black moore, and a koi.

i would also like to know what plants would be good for my tank
