I have started addind glassworms to the weekly treat list. (frozen) I just fed my betta a couple of bite sized clumps, he was apprehensive at first and then gobbled the two bites I gave him off the toothpick... there is now strings of the glassworms hanging out of his gills, while I find this strangely amusing, should I be worried? or is this common? should I stop feeding them to my fish?

Actually they're tubifex worms!

It's not uncommon for frozen worms to get tangled like that, not to worry though, the fish will eventually get them dislodged. Personally I wouldn't feed them too often, once a week or so is about the limit on tubifex worms in my opinion.
