Yes!
Just be aware, the males will quickly become sexually frustrated because...well because they can't have sex! BUT you must also be aware that once you put a female in, she will most probably die because the males will pester her until she dies. For one male guppy you should have a ratio of atlease 2 females to 1 male so you're looking at 4 males, 8 females. Unless you have atleast an 10 galloon aquarium, I suggest you just get 4 females instead. If you decide to go with 4 males, 8 females I must warn you, 1 female guppy can have as many as 300 fry (babies) a month! They breed a fast as....as toast in a toaster!
Hope this helps!

It would be Ok to do because they are not at all an aggressive fish. But it does definitely depend on the size of your tank 1 inch of fish per gallon. So since guppies are so small you could put a few more things in there if say your tank was about 10 gallons or so.

I have 2 male guppies and they chase each other around and nip at each others fins.
I haven't seen any kind of aggression with the neon tetras.

Yes. It would be better to have maybe 2 males and 3 females if you want to have some babies.

that might not be such a good idea, because males are more sensitive and may attack and kill one of the guppies in the tank.

I would think you can. if they are still puppies and there is no females then yeah. there should be no harm in that. also if they are all friendly you should be fine.
