These should have soft water, slightly acidic, and fine leaved plants to scatter their eggs. If your water is above 4 dh, add a mesh with some peat to your filter. Once eggs are laid, the parents should be removed (otherwise they'll eat the eggs). They prefer dim light in the tank (shade from plants also helps).

Eggs hatch in about a day and a half after being laid, and are free-swimming in 4-5 days. At this point, fry should be given infusoria as a starter food, then switched to baby brine shrimp as they grow.
