it's in a plant, it doesn't seem to be moving...but I can't really see it very well... it was looking very fat, but then again, it is a balloon molly... what's going on?

It's probably trying to hide and have it's babies. Try to look closely to see if its gill plates are moving.

I had one molly, uncertain if it replaced right into a he or she. My ex gave it to me after he had gotten it as a center piece for a marriage. They reproduce like no different. interior 2 months that one molly grew to become approximately 50!

move the plant with your net and check on her/it... and then start looking for tiny little babies. If you think she's due to give birth, put her in one of the nursery nets you can hook onto the inside side of your tank.
