I can't recall if a red devil ever did it, but I have had several of the large South American Cichlids do that. I have also had them to try to push or pull my hand away from eggs when they were guarding them. No fear in those guys at all.

Well if you were a bad fish owner it would not attack you. What are you feeding it anyway cat food Haha. Could be that your fish just does not like you. funny how that works...The fish could be upset because you spend more time with your family than you do with the fish, another factor is that the fish might not like living in Roseville. you know there could be many factors involve with your fish not thinking that much of you.
