My pug puppy has been home for less than 13 days and very sick since his second day in my home. My vet has been checking him regularly, ruled out parvo but said he has coccidia which he believes is directly related to the mom. What can I make this breeder do?

Well, I have a 11-year old German Shepherd, and I love him a lot, and I want him to have fun, and understand that I care about him. I mean, I feed, walk, play with, and care for my dog, but is there any other way for my dog to understand? It may seem like a stupid question, but please answer it, and no rude answers. :] Thanks.

she still has a slight swollen vulva, enlarged nipples, loves to cuddle more, she has slight swelling under her rib cage. she is on day 28 now. She has also lost a little bit of fur around her nipples. She seems hungry all the time now. Her season did seem to stop very quicky usually lasts about 3-4 weeks by day 15 she has no discharge what so ever

my german shepherd cross is 12 years old and as arthritus and some days can hardly walk. We are due the fly to spain to live in 11 days time and we hoped that she would solve the problem for us because she would never survive the flight [shes not a good traveller in a car] shes a big dog too big for our parents to take on even though we've said we would pay for all food and vets fees our kids all live in either flat or privert rented houses

My sister's boyfriend told me his vet microchipped his puppy--not with the standard chip, but with a chip that has GPS capability. For instance, if his dog gets lost, they can "track" it and find it. Has anyone else heard of this? The only microchips I know are the ones that have to be scanned by shelters, vets, etc.

I was doing some research before, and i figured out that anything containing Propylene glycol in dog food and treats are bad. I found the ingredient Propylene glycol in my dogs treats that i usually give him, and i think its bad for him. Is it true that Propylene glycol are bad for dogs?

Thanxs.

My 11 1/2 year border collie mix seems to be drinking more water than usual. I normally give her and my other dog a large bowl of water in the morning, then at night, I dump out what's left and refill it. For the last month in the early afternoon, she is barking for me to bring more water. I can't seem to get the water in the bowl fast enough as she is trying to drink. She does have some cysts - one on her back and one on her stomach, and the vet drained them, said they would fill back up with fluid, and that those were just cysts and not uncommon in dogs her age. Should I take her to the vet for the increase in thirst? My fear is that she might be diabetic. Any thoughts?

I have noticed that most of the time, when people recommend dog food, they don't even know how to read labels. A few questions that I have answered today, have some very stupid answers. People will sit there and say that, Iams, Pedigree, Purina, Beneful (made by purina), Bites and bones, Ol' Roy, and several others, with unsafe ingredients inside of the dog food. This INCLUDES science Diet!!! Then all of the 'know it all vet techs' ((NOT ALL OF THEM)) will sit there and say, Oh well, I feed _____ and it is not involved with the recall. But it actually is. And most people will go out and buy that particular dog food, just because someone says at the bottom, I am a vet tech, or i am a vet. Most of the vets I go to recommend iams, and I tell them, its not a god food, and I feed Timber Wolf Organics. Not many people know about it. Alot of people lie on YA and will make things up. I certainly won't lie about being a vet, because I know im not.

Who agrees!?
