Keep brushing and vacuuming. The only way you will get rid of the hair.

If he hates the brush. Get a new one and let him get acquainted to it first, almost like a new toy. He will like the brush then and won't mind the brushing as much.

You need to deal with the shedding-it's natural for many dogs. That doesn't mean you can't control it-regular brushing is great and can be some great bonding time between you and your pet. Just like any training with a dog start small and go from there. Help the dog associate the brush with good things like a treat and lots of positive attention. Start offering a small treat and just brush him once, then end with another treat. Graduate each time to longer sessions of brushing and more treats in between to keep things positive. In time you can concentrate less on the treats and more on the brushing. Eventually you can go without treats if you choose.

Your dog 'hates' the brush because it's probably the 'wrong type of brush' and you are probably 'brushing him' wrong. Try taking him to a good 'groomer' during the spring when he's 'shedding' the most, and also make sure that he's getting the 'right diet' so that his skin is 'soft and supple' and not 'drying out and shedding' ... take him to the groomer at least once every two weeks in the spring (once a week is MUCH BETTER, though) and 'fix' his diet and he'll be much happier and 'shed less' ...

Get him used to the brush. Make sure you're not hurting him when you're using the brush so he doesn't associate the brush with pain. If it hurts him, check with your vet to see if he has a skin problem. If it's not a skin problem, try getting him a different brush. Most dogs just need to get used to the brush first. Let him smell it a lot and leave it out so he can investigate it.

He may also need to go to the groomer. But try to get him to like the brush first.

Some dogs shed year round. So you kinda have to deal with it.

you can get a glove from a pet store hat has ribs or nubs or something like that. use it to pet and rub your dog, it works like a brush, but most animals like it
hope this helps.

you should just brush your dog and vacuum. get your dog used to the brush and eventually your dog will get used to it and like it! it should solve the problem.

Get the firminator it works well. You will just have to somehow make him sit still. Try maybe using a pinch collar, just to control him.
