I have recently bought my JRT Pedigree dry dog food. She ate some of it but now won't touch it. Perhaps they should be checking into dry, not just wet. Normally she would eat this food. I have since taken it away. She isn't normally a picky eater, perhaps she knows better than I.

When a dog drags her butt all over the ground, is it that it's just itchy or a sign of worms?

Why is it people come on here and ask for help, some of you jump down their throats like you are better then them. That you are the all seeing all knowing gods of the world. One example: someone asked about having to cut and tie the imbilical cord of a dog after she gave birth, one of the responses was that if they need to ask this question then they must be a pupymill. Did you get all the facts before you answered? NO you just answer. IF you have nothing to say that would help maybe you should just butt out. Just my opion.

I go to dog 4-h and on Saturday we are bringing our dogs to the nursing home. I have a rottweiler/lab mix that has the color of a rottie and the build and temperment of a lab.

What color bandana should I get her that would look cute when the elderly see her?

I am trying to make dog grooming bows and know there must be an easy way. These are the bows that get put on pampered pooches ears and top knots after grooming. They are usually attached with a small rubber band. Can anyone help, please?

I have a two year old dachshuind/terrier mix. She has been acting quite odd lately. She is eating a lot less dog food and is whining for people food (she never did that a few months ago). She also sleeps on the floor at night and not on the bed like she did a little while ago. Another strange thing is that she doesn't like to go outside. Last summer she loved it but now she won't even stay out there for 5 minutes! There is another dog living with us. He's a rat terrier. He is a year old and we got him about five months ago. They did try to "breed" about a month ago, but dogs are supposed to eat more when they're pregnant! HELP!!!

So, to answer most of your questions, my rat terrier is 1 year old and 2 months. Still small. If he is teething, why doesn't he chew my husband's shoes. My husband has 15 pairs of shoes by the front door, and I only have my one sandal. Why my sandals? What do you guys think of dogs that sleep in their owner beds or eat from my fork at dinnertime? Maybe I am not training my dog at all and encouraging his bad behavior. Help?

Hello World. I'm new to this. I wanted to share with you all... I just receive a small tea cup yorkie a couple of weeks ago. She is very loving and spoil. She seems to want what I have. I give her some of the things I have sometimes. I wanted to know what is the best food to give her? The dog food that came with her is pretty good. But she seems not to be so crazy about it. I notice that she is a meat eater. So someone please share with me what would be good for her? She really doesn't eat very much. She's very heathly though! Up to date on all of her shots and very playful. I spend alot of time with her so I know what she like and doesn't like. Any comments on what to try? I do not want to keep changing her food.

She is now close to 7 years old, she is very active and playful, and doesn't really show signs of old age. I have herd small dogs don't live as long as larger dogs.
