It's time to stop trusting the well being of your pet to just anyone who makes a pet food. If you are feeding commercially prepared pet foods, you need to listen closely.
Did you know that the FDA does not regulate the pet food industry?
Did you also know that most commercial pet foods are made from less than human quality ingredients.
Did you know that most pet foods bought in the store have been sitting around for as long as 18 months before you buy it?
Did you know that dogs and cats have the genetic potential to live 20 - 25 years but we are robbing those years from their lives with cheap pet foods.
Here are just a few of the procedures that we follow to provide your pet with a safe and nutritious product.
All the products are manufactured in a USDA facility.
All of our ingredients are individually inspected for human quality and carry the APHIS certification (a European standard for human quality ingredients)
Every vendor must supply an 'assurance statement' with each shipment. This statement must provide nutritional quality of ingredient provided AND must state it is free from any mold, bacteria, and so forth.
Dr. Jane has the ingredients tested AGAIN before manufacturing to make sure the quality is as stated AND it meets her standards
The product is tested 3 times during the manufacturing process - to again assure everything is 'as it should be'.
The product is tested again after manufacturing and again when it arrives at the warehouse.
One bag of food is kept at the warehouse - from each batch - to test in case a Customer has a problem or concern with the product. Each 'one bag' from each batch is kept for 1 full year.
The products are shipped directly from HealthyPetNet's warehouse to the Customer - no middleman warehousing (concerns of proper storage and pest control).
Can you say all of that about your current brand of pet food? Probably not. As I stated earlier, this is not a shameless attempt to capitalize on a tragedy, it is vital information that can save pets lives.
Don't let your pet be another statistic. Please give our products a try today. Don't wait! For your protection, we are not sold in stores, you must purchase online for fresh and safe home delivery http://www.HealthyPetFoodBiz.com

David Tantanella

Okay, Purina and beneful are both terrible. If we'd run out of trees and sand and other mysterios things on the island, then, i'd feed purina and beneful. Only if we'd run out of ideas for food. I'd eat a tree if i had to. (JK) Added: Then once everything was eaten up on the island, even the sand, we'd be on water. So, i would catch some fish and we'd swim back home. "Darn! We forgot to feed the food! Oh well!" Lol! Added: No, I am joking. If i abselutly HAD to feed her that food, i would. I wouldn't want to starve my dog though.

No, Beneful isn't a good dog food. The top 3 ingredients are of some type of wheat, grain and corn. Followed by meat by-products. Grains and oats are very hard for dogs to digest and often give them upset stomachs. Suggest Innova Puppy Chow to her. It is a very natural dog food and is by far the best on the market. It's a little expensive but it's definitely worth it if she wants a healthy dog.

Beneful is not a quality food for your dog. You want the main ingredients to be nutritional. Anything listed before that first source of fat, and including it, are the main ingredients of the food.
Dogs have a short and simple digestive tract for ease of digesting animal protein and fat. Dogs can live without any vegetation (carbohydrates) but can also do fine with eating *small* amounts. Dogs do not have the ability to break down cellulose so plant materials are not digested well, if at all. Many grocery store dog foods have corn as a 2nd ingredient!!!! So why such large amounts of grain in grocery store foods...it's more profitable not nutritional!
Find out what's really in pet food, rate your dog's food, compare brands side by side and find out how to pick a good dog food.

absolutely not....the first ingredient is corn. corn is a common allergen to most dogs and does not benefit them in any way.
but another way to find out if it's a good dog food or not is if you look at the ingredients. if the first 10 ingredients are something that you wouldn't eat then don't buy it.
here's some good dog foods that will benefit your dog in the long run:
Timber wolf Organics
Wellness
Innova Evo
Nature's Variety
Merrick
here's the ones that you need to avoid:
Purina
Iams
Eukaneuba
Pedigree
Ol' Roy
Science Diet

No! It is not good. A few months ago during the winter my registered Husky (Cooper Wolf) was low on his regular dog food. I wanted to make sure we did not get snowed in and not have enough food for him.
At the pet store they did not have his brand. I went to Kroger to find something for him until a new shipment of his regular food came in just in case we did have severe weather. I found Beneful and thought he will probably like this until the other comes in. The next day he was dead. He had been poisoned! He was perfectly healthy! Jumping around and playing with me. I was heart broken. You see, my son raised him from a baby. He adored Wolf. He passed away a year and a half ago with cancer. I'll never use anything from Purina again.

No.. sorry to say Beneful is not a good dog food. It's considered a grocery brand and grocery brand dog food uses subpar parts of animals. By products as they are called (feet, heads, feathers, and sometimes cancerous tissue), also corn or barely which is really hard for the dog to digest.
Tell your friend to get food that is all natural, Nutro (is what I highly recommend www.nutroproducts.com), Royal Canin, Inova.
They tend to be more expensive but it evens out why? Less vet bills because its more balancred and healthy for the dog, Less feeding because the dog absorbes more, and the dog is fuller longer.

Purina Beneful is probrably one of the worst brands of dog food that they have out. I work at a vet office and the only reason dogs eat that food is because it is packed with sugar and is high in fat. Some people can have picky dogs and they can try a whole lot of different dogs foods and their dog could only like the Beneful but, that's when you have to ratiuon the amount of food properely. An example that I can give you is that my friends kim got a beagle puppy and that's all they fed her. A typical beagle weight is abou 20 to 25 pounds. After eating beneful for 5 years the dog now weight almost 40lbs and is one the hyperist dogs that I have seen. I would stick with a top name brand Pro Plan, Nutro, Science Diet, or Nutro Max. These types of food are a little more expensive but in the long run it will give her dog a healthy coat and a longer life span. She should also try to stay away from any chunks and gravy wet food due to this new recall. Any dry food and any ground wet food should be perfectly fine.

NO......... full of fillers and junk not good for your dog or puppy. You midas well feed the dog twinkies. Poor dog food. Just because beneful says healthy diet it is not.........
There are good dog foods on the market but they are more expensive but yet they eat less and poop less because they are not filled with fillers and junk unhealthy to your dog.
canidae, solid gold, innova, wellness, dick van pattens formula, california natural are some really good dog foods.
Any dog food u buy from the store is crap. Walmart has a new food out that states healthy for your dog, it is 18.00 for 20 pounds of food and looking at the ingrediants it is crap too. Dog food companies do not care. They put on the food a healthy diet and they know the consumers are going to believe them. science diet is also crap, over priced and over rated unhealthy food for your pet.
