I dont know i would take that up with ur vet and definatly look to the laws to where u r allowed to burry him.

This depends on the laws of the city where you live.
Most people just bury their dogs in the back yard, though. Nobody's going to come after you.
However, if the dog died of a bad contagious disease, like parvo, I would have it professionally disposed of or cremated. Parvovirus can stay in the soil for years.

A lot of people I know bury their pets in their backyard.
I also know some people who have had their pets creamated, then burried with them when they die.

I've never had a problem with that.I just bury them in my backyard.

my dog of 14 years just died 3 weeks ago. no,you can't buried him anywhere. i had him creamated. in nyc you just can not bury him in your backyard .it is illegal. ..ask your vet.
