Well he cries all the time. He cries even when he doesn't want a thing. WHY WHY WHY?

Would it be something like this?
If someone finds me please remember, my owner is an idiot and please do not kill me for their mistakes. I”m just a dog. I depend on humans to keep me safe, to train me to be a good dog, to keep me up so I am not running loose. To show me love and warm. I’m just a dog, please help me be the best dog I can be.

As a last thought I believe they would have a prayer that would sound something like this :

Prayer of a Pit bull
Spirit in the sky, who watches over all animals:
It is my prayer and my request that you grant greater understanding,
and acceptance to humans;
those who love us, and those who hate us.
That they will know how loyal we are, how brave we are,
and how loving we are. Help them to accept us as a breed in whole, and not let the few tragedies shine brighter than the many great traits that we have. And those who would kill me,
let them know, I forgive them, even though I don't understand their hatred. And those who would beat me, let them know I still love them, even though it is not the honorable way.
Thank you for all the strong traits that you have given to me,
and my breed. Help those to know that I stand for
courage, strength, loyalty, and bravery.
And as my master already knows, let those who would come against my family know that I would surely die defending them.
And just one last thing that I would ask:
Let my master know, that if you should call me away,
that I will wait patiently at those pearly gates until the one who chose me,
comes home.

We keep her on a leash at all times but sometimes our kids can't hold on to her (she pulls everyone) and other times they forget to shut the door all the way. Whenever she sees a chance to sneak off she bolts. sometimes just around the neighborhood sometimes across a busy street so we worry alot. She always comes back (or is found by a neighbor) but we know it's a dangerous habit. Is it possible she needs more walks? She has done this since we got her as a puppy. Also any suggestions to help teach her that an open door is not an invitation to run outside. We have to put her in her crate anytime the doorbell rings. Otherwise she is a good dog- she sits, lays down, comes when called, and will stay- as long as we're inside. Once she's outside it's like she was never trained. She's 3 year old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, very sweet and mellow but we worry our new black lab mix (5 months old) is going to learn her bad habits. any ideas?

My puppy, 9 months old, attacked a 12 pack of diet Dr. Pepper (caffeine free) and drank one or two. He has also been into everything he can find, chips in the cabinet and such. Now he has a little bit of an upset tummy. He has a little diarrhea but is active and very playful. My wife is out of town so this behavior is in protest of her being away and will stop when things get back to normal. Is there anything I can give him for the diarrhea? I know there are some human meds that dogs can take and some that will kill them. I was just wondering if he could take pepto or something.

I bought this dog for my husband, and also bought it because I was having a baby and wanted the dog to be used to the baby.
Well I live in an aprtment that does not allow dogs and they said we have to get rid of it. We were hoping to move, but that isn't working as fast as we would like.
People have the misconception that dobermans are mean animals..which is totally untrue.
We purchased for 600 dollars, he has all his shots... he has akc papers and his ears are cropped. We are having a little tropuble getting his ears to stand...but if you can find a vet who know s about it would really help.
We live in Oshkosh wisconsin and are hoping to sell. We have invested a lot of time and love and want to see him go to a loving home
He has been raised with my 6, 3, and 5 month old children.. he is very loving. please let me know if you are interested in buying

Have these breeder's been inspected by the AKC, or do these breeders pay for this listing? Does the AKC have certain standards that these breeders must adhere to?

In short, how do I know that these breeders are more responsible than ones who aren't listed?

I just received this dachshund as a gift for my birthday, the problem is that she won't eat. I've tried giving her dog food that's appropriate, but still she won't eat. Then, I've tried table food and she eats that but I can not keep feeding her table food, so what do I need to do? Please help.
