2. Drinks water with her paw from her water bowl.
3. If a fly gets in the house, its entertainment for the day.

Last summer, my father pulled open some drywall on the construction site he was working on, and he found a tiny, kitten staring back at him. Don't know how or why, but this kitten had been trapped in the wall and was inches from death, skin and bones left only. I nursed her back to health since and LOVE her so much.

She lives ONLY in my bedroom (fair sized) because our dogs do NOT agree with cats. It seems unfair to keep her in one room, but she is the happiest cat I know.

Tonight, my mother came home with 2 kittens she rescued from a man she met who said he was going to drown them if they didn't have a home by tomorrow. THEY ARE 7 WEEKS OLD. I've already lost myself madly in love with them and want to protect and raise them like I have my other cat.

Advice on two 7 week old kittens being introduced into a one-room environment with a 1 1/2 year old cat? Will 3 cats survive together in one room?

I can't bear to give them up to the SPCA, but maybe it's in their best interest?

She can't stand on her leg, it may be broken. I have put blankets down for her and made it so she could get comfy. She is finally sleeping and I will take her to the vet first thing in the am. It's not a compound fracture, but I'm worried that the waiting overnight will hurt her.

so my cat has fleas. About 3 weeks ago we gave her frontline. a few days ago we bombed the house. We let her come back in even though she had some fleas on her face, thinking that those would have already bitten her and the frontline would kill them. well i keep finding a few fleas here and there and she still has them on her face. I dont know what else to do. Shouldnt the frontline work? i hate to keep bombing every month. I'm lost!

Yea he was hit in the head but somehow none of us knows how it happenedd..... Were not a family with much money and we cant take him to a vet or anything..... Ive had this Cat since i was in 2nd Grade and now im in my Junior year of school.... I wont lie ive actully cried for my Cat a couple times weve put him in a Emergency Animal Center for one night because thats all the money weve had

We got him back and i think he might be blind noww.. his eyes are like permenintly rolled half way back in his head. He hasnt eatten anything in 2 days and hes kind of dranken some water but im really worried...

And honestly i think the only thing left to do is have him put to sleep

Its a sad choice for me and my family but we cant stand to see him hurt anymore..

He started walking yesterday and since hes been able to barely walk he always falls down..... They told us to keep him in a small area so weve kept him in my closet and he always backs down into corners
Anyone have any advice?

My friend has a cat probably 2-3 years old, she recently got him from another friend of mine. He's always been a healthy cat. Recently since the change in homes, he's begun drooling & slobbering a lot, but also he has stopped using his litter box and just goes anywhere. His former home was a single older adult home, his new home is a young couple with young children & a very small dog who really doesn't bother him. Any ideas about whats going on with her cat?

She is about three months old. There doesnt seem to be anything else bothering her. She eats normally. Goes to the bathroom normally. She threw up the other day. Shes been running around alot. She lets you pick her up and play with her. so it doesnt seem to be affecting her at all.

okay...long story short...my 'rents are divorced.i live with my mom.we had two cats, male & female. they had two cats. then the momy snuck outside and had two more cats. now i really really dont want to take them to the human society...but i dont wanna put an add in the paper becuz i dont want people who could possibly be pet abbusers or whatnot to take my cats...so i've been trying to get people i know to take some of them. well my dad, that i do not live with, said he would take one of the about 12-weeks-old ones. now im not sure if i should be kinda worried but my dad smokes...constently...like you'll never see him without a cigarette. he needs to light one to get from the parking lot to the store...thats how bad it is... now i really dont know if him smoking around the little kitty all the time in a confined one bed room apartment(building) will affect the kitties health...does anyone know if cats lungs or any other parts of their bodies can be affect by alot of cigarrette smoke???

I use fresh step litter and also a box of baking soda every time I change the litter box. I scoop it out every day and add additional litter three times a week.

How often should I do a complete change of litter? The reason I ask is because there's hardly any odor after a month.

My cat is 13 yrs old. She has always had great health. Over the past few days she has been a little awnry. The past hour I noticed she has been whining. When I call her name she whines, moans, and then growls a little bit. This is very uncommon for her. I called her vet but he is off today. Please help. Could this be a result of my kids occasionally chasing her around? I am wondering if she is being moody because of them.

I have a 4 month old kitten and a 3 year old cat. The kitten is SO loud at night and drives us crazy. I am also pregnant and really need sleep and my irritability is worse. If you shut her out of the bedroom she scratches at the door and if you shut her in the bedroom she races all over the bed and digs her claws into our NEW bedspread. I swear shes on speed. If we leave the door open she is SO LOUD. What do I do???????

Years ago I had three siamese cats, they were siblings. Any way I had them for three years and one day I was outside walking towards my garden shed and all three of them began to yowl like only siameses can. They had been walking with me and when I stopped outside the shed they lined up in front of me and began to REALLY yowl. I had never heard them that loud and awlful before. I thot maybe there was a snake or some things so I just back away from the shed. There was a man in there who was running from the cops and had hid there. Later the cops asked me why I didn't go into the shed and I told them about my cats. The man had raped three women in the nieghborhood in the week before. Is this type of cat behaviour just in siameses or has some one experienced it with other cats too?
