My Siamese cats hind legs are on the opposite side of her body; does anyone know what this is called?

I think you mean your cat has back legs that are very close together at the knee joint. It is called "knock-kneed" and it is normal in Siamese cats. Her legs are NOT on the wrong sides of her body. Some cats have this and some don't.
