Have you ever been through the stage that i'm going through? You end up going to bed thinking that this is your last day of being a slob. And you intened to wake up the next day on a perfect diet and do everything perfectly from that day onward?
For example keeping a tidy room or doing better in school work? because i have every intention of doing these things but i never actually do. haha i'm soo damn lazy. Has anyone had this or anyrthing like this?

I'm eating an entire box of cereal each day on my radical "All Shredded Wheat Diet™". Since the breakfast food is fortified with 11 essential vitamins and minerals, I'm getting at least 9 times the amount of folic acid I need every day. Is this dangerous? And more importantly, won't I look sexy when I drop the weight?

don't anyone mistake this for spot reducing fat...this is a different question entiely.
right now I'm thinking the only way to do it is enduce a catabolic state by undereating and overtraining....trouble is that this will reduce muscle mass all over. and make me feel sick. unable to work etc.

It says it's fat free and almost completely calorie free, but not sure if I believe it. I like to spray it on my popcorn and toast instead of using butter. Is this a healthier alternative or am I being fooled into thinking it is!?!

I had my daughter 19 months ago by c-section. Since then I have lost about 30 pounds, but now the weightloss is slowing down and I see no signs that I'm toning yet. My husband bought me a bottle of minithins thinking it would help me burn more. I do eat healthy. Everyone is telling me to lose the minithins because they are dangerous. I am 5'2 and weigh 131.4 I only take one capsule 3 times a week early morning before exercising. Do you think this is dangerous? And if so I'm open to any better ideas. Thank in advance. Oh and by the way this was my 4th child and my only c-section.

I have recently had my gallbladder removed and the doctor told me no exercise for 3 weeks. I kind of didnt listen to him and after a week started walking and now I am really hurting..( I know....dumb)
Anyway, since I cant work out for now, and I have an event coming up soon I need to lose a few for, how many calories a day should I have?
Im female, 28, 85kg (176lbs) and want to lose 10 kg (roughly 20 lbs).

I run about 35 miles a week. The outside portion of the heal always wears out on my shoes very rapidly, particually on my running shoes. I know that this is happening due to a flaw in the way I run, or for that matter walk, and I have tried to correct it quite unsuccessfully. I run in high dollar shoes, because they really do make a substatial difference in reducing the amount of wear and tear that running can take on your body. I used to just go out and by a new pair of running shoes every few months, but my finances no longer allow me to lay down a $100.00 every three months for new running shoes. Anyone got any suggestions on on what I can do to slow down the wear on my shoes? Thanks a bunch for your thoughts and suggestions.

Hey guys! thanks for opening up my question.
But yesterday we started our christmas fast and this will be for 40 days. We fast till 2 pm, then eat vegetarian food but we can include fish.
So today i ate a tuna sandwich at 2 pm... then at 5 i ate a big salad plate and 4 spoons of beans, then an orange ...
i serisouly do not know what i can do! i know its very bad to skip a meal since i read alot about dieting! and im on a diet 1200 cal per day! but im concerned about the fact i fast till 2 pm.. any suggestions? thankss

i'm 16, 5'2", and 137 pounds. i dont count calories, but i've eliminated the bread food group and all desserts. i drink plenty of water, and exercise 30-60 minutes a day by (nonstop) dancing, weight lifting, crunches, push-ups ect. i've been on the diet for five days and have lost 3 pounds so far.
