What do you do to keep your stomach flat?

here's what motivates me: my husband just got out of iraq and is due in Alaska on the 30th. I've kinda let myself go over the past couple months due to depression, but i've started going to the gym lately and i feel much better. i do three different exercises to help my tummy so that i can get into that sexy black dress when we go out. i do 1-2 flexion exercises 1-2 curl (situp type) exercises and 1-2 back extension execises. than i walk at a high speed on the treadmill that has an incline for 24 mins. i've kept my heartbeat up to about 170 bpm. so my motivation is to see my hubby for the first time in a year!!! good luck!!!

To maintain a healthy weight - I try and go to the gym every day at work during my lunch. I slack a lot though because my work is close to the good mall. I don't eat as good as I should either...

To appeal to my man - What man? Being single is the best :o)

To feel sexy for my self - I don't really aim for sexy. I have always been more of a tom boy type so I just aim to look cute and be comfortable.

Stomach flat - I sure could use a secret for that one!! I have a lil pouch...

Liking what I see in the mirror is enough of an incentive for me.

I've been working my abs for close to 6 years now. I'm toned enough that I only do 10 minutes worth of crunches per week to maintain.

I have a stomach that is not the flattest in the world after giving birth to 4 kids.
But--do you know what?!
I do not care--I am healthy and happy,and so are my children.
