No, not if she is a medium build or larger. She's fine.
Don't even ask that on here - anonymous responses offer too much freedom in what is said. Plus, you'll get men answering and they really are blind to what is overweight or not.
An example: I went to lunch the other day and 2 people from an office were talking. The guy was describing a woman (he couldn't remember her name) and said "You know, she's kind of fat". They figured out who it was and the woman said "You think she's fat???? She's a size 7 - I should be so lucky!"
Meanwhile... I'm getting a good back view of his out of shape wide butt, love handles, and his spare tire belly. That's how delusional he was.
Don't ask that on here - It's just hurt feelings for nothing.

Don't listen to that first loser....at 13 the weight is slightly high but a lot of girls still have some "baby fat" as she gets older with eating in moderation and some normal exercise she will be fine! She is still growing in height as well so she could stay the same weight and grow a few inches also.

The healthy weight range for someone 5'4" is 117-146 pounds.
If your sister has a small bone structure, she should be on the lighter end of the range and if she has a large bone structure, she should be on the heavier end of the scale.
And while BMI is not accurate if you carry a lot of muscle like a professional athelete, according to the BMI calculator her BMI is 25 and that is healthy for her height.

well "ur sister" is 13 so 145 pounds might be a bit chubby i do admit BUT, "ur sister" is developing and most teens at this time have a bit of weight on them when going through puberty...just start to watch what "ur sister" is eating...no diets, just eat healthy and get a good amount of calories and "ur sister" will have a good, healthy, lean body when she grows up cuz thats an average weight and "ur sister" will grow into it and amybe lose weight naturally if she eats right

that is big for a 13 year old but for an adult right now that is pretty average in today's world. It also depends on how she is built how she is proportioned etc....if she is happy with herself and has no current health problems from it then she will be okay. She should try to maintain her weight as it is though and not gain she wil "grow into it"
