Has anyone tried the honey and cinnamon weight loss? Was just wondering if anyone has tried it, and how it worked out for you!!! Thanks for the info!

i diet and exercise, but was just wondering if anyone has done it themselves with the cinnamon and honey with boiled water

honey is nothing but sugar with some nutrients, it will not have a positive effect on weight loss unless the nutrients that it provides correct the nutrient deficiencies that you may have and that those deficiencies were directly impeded fat loss.

cinnamon however does help to improve glucose tolerance and glucose metabolism on those with decreased insulin sensitivity. so basically anyone with average levels of body fat or higher may see additional benefits from cinnamon supplementation (500 mg 2-3x daily) when used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program.
