It says it's fat free and almost completely calorie free, but not sure if I believe it. I like to spray it on my popcorn and toast instead of using butter. Is this a healthier alternative or am I being fooled into thinking it is!?!

Read the labels on all your foods. If you can't say it....don't eat it. We are filling our bodies with chemicals that they were not made to process. And who know what those chemical will do to your bodies in years to come. Look around we now have diseases that didn't exist 50 years ago. And I think our bodies are trying to tell us something.

If you can find the weight watcher brand. That taste really good on popcorn. I have a hard time finding it any more but I hear that it's still around. Where, I don't know.
Pam (to me) seems to (like) water it down. Makes the corn look like liquids is on it and taste that way. But the weight watchers just has a good taste and texture.

PAM is awesome! PAM is the best!! But seriously I only use it on pans when the recipe says to spray with PAM. I've never tried it directly on popcorn... but that sounds like a good idea too.
