I have recently had my gallbladder removed and the doctor told me no exercise for 3 weeks. I kind of didnt listen to him and after a week started walking and now I am really hurting..( I know....dumb)
Anyway, since I cant work out for now, and I have an event coming up soon I need to lose a few for, how many calories a day should I have?
Im female, 28, 85kg (176lbs) and want to lose 10 kg (roughly 20 lbs).

I read somewhere that the trainers from The Biggest Loser say that in order to lose weight you should take your current weight and multiply it by seven. That is how many calories you should consume daily in order to lose weight.

For example, if you weigh 150lbs, your calorie intake for the day should be 1050 cal IF you want to lose weight.


The only thing about this is that you have to keep make sure you multiply your current weight everyday to keep track of how many calories you should eat. So if you lose 5lbs, you should keep altering your calorie intake based upon your current weight.

Calories in and calories out> It's hard to lose without exercise, so while you are laying in bed, rotate your feed by just twisting them left and right and use your arms by just lifting them and bending them and if you can do it holding a can of green beans, even better. Any movement you can do that does not cause strain on your surgery, is good.. That is using calories. Then stay with fruits and veggies, raw, steamed or sauteed, limited meat nothing fried, no dairy, no processed foods, nothing white and no fast food. Get back to the basics.
